OUTLAW PRO STREET |
 |
 |
 |
Outlaw Pro Street is a
professional heads-up
class that was conceived to provide a
competitive venue for the fastest production-based no
wheelie bar
bikes in the country. Motorcycles in
this class will have been
originally born as showroom factory super bikes, but have since |
|
|
been
transformed into all-out dedicated quarter mile racing machines. However, the bikes factory heritage is still
visible. With exotic nitrous oxide systems these wild machines run in the low 7-second range at speeds of
190 mph
with no wheelie bars. The Outlaw riders have been named the baddest
motorcycle riders on the planet; by their peers, as they have contradicted
physics and have done the impossible.
The Outlaw Pro Street class is a series of 8 events run at Rockingham Dragway and Maryland International Raceway. At each event, riders are
tracked by a points system that could make them the next Outlaw Pro Street
World Champion. All events will hold qualifying on Saturday to get a
qualified 16-bike field with qualifying and eliminations run on a .400 pro
tree. |

PRO SPORTBIKE |
 |
 |
 |
Pro Sportbike is a
professional heads-up class designed for late-model, short wheelbase
street bikes. This is a true rider class, and all of the world's
best motorcycle riders compete for the ultimate in
bragging rights. The class contests
the ultimate in short wheelbase
motorcycles.
|
|
|
Even with
the short wheelbase and chassis restrictions, these pilots can still put
these nitrous injected and turbocharged sportbikes in the high 7-second range
at speeds over 190mph. The biggest trick with this class is trying to put
down 500+ horsepower to the ground at nearly stock wheelbase without
standing the bike up at the finish line. All bikes must be street-legal.
The Pro Sportbike class is a series of 8 events run at Rockingham Dragway and Maryland International Raceway. At each event, riders are
tracked by a points system that could make them the next Pro Sportbike World Champion. All events will hold qualifying on Saturday to get
a qualified 16-bike field with qualifying and eliminations run on a .400 pro
tree. |
